Australia and OGP

Hope you can attend one of our meetings this week, in Melbourne on Thursday 18th or Sydney Friday 19th.

Join the like-minded: those who share your belief that we collectively can advance open transparent government, advocate for improved anti-corruption measures and move ahead with  new approaches to public engagement in policy development and decision making.

Members of the Network Steering Committee are your hosts at both gatherings.

There is plenty to discuss particularly concerning implementation of the 15 commitments in Australia’s National Action Plan.

Shreya Basu the Regional Civil Society Co-ordinator with the OGP Support Unit based in Singapore will be at both meetings to provide a snapshot of the big picture and some observations about how Australia is travelling.

And we want to hear from you about the plan, commitments, implementation and the network itself.
